By using N2 / H2O instead of H35 / N2 gas, we reduce gas costs, cutting speed is increased, and material distortion and temperature zone are minimal. The result is a clean, unpolluted and non-oxidized cutting surface, ready for welding, forming and painting.

How does water fog cutting technology work?

During the cutting process, water is separated from the shielding stream into the main elements - hydrogen and oxygen. Hydrogen creates a special atmosphere in the cutting zone, separating it from pollutants at a much lower cost per meter than other types of cuts. Because this method uses ordinary tap water, Water Mist Technology also reduces production costs and keeps energy consumption to a minimum. WMS Technology is recommended for non-ferrous cutting up to a depth of 40 mm.
